Welcome to all our new members receiving this newsletter.  And, thanks to all who came out to the pool part on Saturday!  We gave away tons of insulated backpack coolers, tshirts, shot glasses, and more.  If you liked the pizza we delivered, that was Sparky's Pizza just down the road from Gateway Apartments (on University between Rural and McClintock).  Of course, Sparky's has a bar too, or else we wouldn't be promoting them.

This week we are featuring Baer's Den.  They are one of the oldest bars in Tempe (since 1962), and it is still a great place to hang out and enjoy a cold beer with friends.  On Thursday evenings, sing karaoke and drink $4 pitchers!  Or, stop in for some $2 Coronas and Pacificos day or night on Fridays and Saturdays.

Come join in the tradition at Baer's Den - on Apache Blvd., less than a block east of Rural Rd.

Okay, we're going to try this again:  Pool party this Saturday afternoon at Gateway Apartments in Tempe (on University between Rural and McClintock).  We'll be giving away free Barfrog gear, and looking for some potential employees as well.  BYOB.  This should be a good time.

Also, this week we are featuring Bison Witches: they offer great deli sandwiches, soups, and salads.  Compliment your meal with a selection of their 21 microbrew beers, 16 imports, or any of your favorite domestic beer, liquors and wine as well.  Bison Witches has a great location at the end of the cul-de-sac on 6th street in downtown Tempe.  Hang out on their patio, or cool off inside.
