~ Drunk Jenga ~ 1) Buy a blank Jenga from Target. 2) Have everybody write down rules on each block. 3) Play Jenga... whatever block you pull, you must obey the rule. Uninribbited fun for everyone!
~ Bladder Buster ~ Assign someone to collect $5 from everybody before going out. The last person to use the restroom wins the collection.
~ Edward 40 Hands ~ Everybody must duct tape 40 oz. beers to each hand. You cannot untape a 40 from your hand until the beer is finished. no matter what.
~ MXC ~ Watch MXC on SpikeTV. Drink every time you hear "Right you are Ken". Two drinks for "INDEED". Finish your drink every time you hear that last name "Babaganoosh" (it's on every episode.)
~ Break-Up ~ Someone begins a break-up letter verbally. The person to their right must add three words to the letter. The next person to their right adds three words and so on. Each person gets three seconds to come up with their three words. The person who messes up or cannot come up with anything in the allotted time must take three drinks.

~ Lighters ~ (Similar to "Spoons") You need one less lighter than people playing, and a deck of cards. Everyone sits around a table, with lighters in the middle. Object is to get four of a kind in your hand but have no more than four cards in your hand at a time. Deal four cards per person, the dealer looks at one card at a time in the deck and passes it to the person to the right... when you have 4 of a kind, pick up a lighter and everyone else has to pick one up also if they have 4 of a kind or not. The last person without a lighter must drink and remove an article of clothing. Then rotate the dealer. When you get the hang of the game it will go very fast.

~ Funnoy ~ Someone begins by giving a scenario (some examples: in bed with a one night stand, in an elevator with strangers, at a fancy restaurant with a significant other, on a plane, etc.). Then, each person must say something that would be funny or inappropriate to say or do given the situation. The person who cannot come up with anything or their scenario is lame takes five drinks and begins a new scenario.

~ New Orleans Punk ~ Arrange playing cards in two circles, one inside the other, with a small pile of cards in the middle. The first player points to a card in the outer ring and the person to their left guesses black or red. If she/he guessed correctly the first player drinks, but if they are wrong then they drink. The player who drinks chugs their beer while the other player counts to the number on the card (at any rate they choose). Determine what Jacks, Queens, Kings and Aces will be before the game. After the first ring, move into the second where times are doubled. If anyone is still standing, the third stack is triple count.

~ Memory ~ Someone says a noun, next person says that noun and another noun, so on and so forth. The key is to form a story in your head. For instance: player 1 "monkey", player 2 "monkey / tree", player 3 "monkey / tree / banana", player 4 "monkey / tree / banana / toilet". it's fun to throw off the rhythm to mess people up. When someone can't remember the sequence, they must drink every time someone has a turn until it gets back to them.
~ Movie Quotes ~ Someone begins by saying a funny movie quote. If no one laughs then she/he must take a big drink. If no one can guess the movie the quote is from, then everyone else must take a big drink. If the person cannot come up with a quote in a short amount of time, then she/he takes a big drink. Rotate so that everyone gets a turn.
~ I Spy Xmas ~ If you spot a Christmas decoration, say "I spy (decoration name)" then hit your friend on the shoulder. The person who is hit on the shoulder must take a drink. For example, if you see a reindeer decoration, say "I spy a reindeer!" and tap your friend on the shoulder so they know to take a drink because you spotted the decoration first.
~ Name Game ~ Sit in a circle and someone says a famous person's first and last name. The person to her/his left must name another famous person, but the first letter of the new FIRST name must match the first letter of the previous LAST name. Drink while you think, and take 5 drinks if you can't come up with any corresponding name. The rotation reverses if someone says a name in which the first letter of the first AND last name match.
~ Six ~ Need dice for this one.
Fill six cups with beer.
Number the beers.
Roll a die. Drink the beer corresponding to the number rolled.
Continue until you get an empty cup. Fill the cups and pass the die to the next player.
~ BOOM! ~ The one who starts says 1, the person clockwise to him says 2, and so on. When someone has to say the number 7, or a number that is divisible by 7 or contains the digit 7, he has to say "Boom!", and that reverses the order counterclockwise. Whoever makes a mistake must drink, and starts a new round.
~ Lucky 13 ~ Line up two rows of 11 shots of beer.
Place a Lunchbox shot at the end.
Two players must slam a shot of tequila to start, then go down and shoot all 11 beer shots.
The last person to finish must slam the Lunchbox shot.
~ Spinners ~ Spin a coin and call a persons name.
That person must keep the coin spinning or stop it upright and call another persons name. Whoever knocks the coin over must take five drinks.
~ CHUG! ~ The group won't know how to play, they have to catch on! Pick a consonant not a vowel. Every time somebody says something starting with that letter they have to chug their drink. The person who catches them saying the word yells "Chug!" Last person to catch on takes a shot.
~ Music Trivia ~
Each time a new song plays, everybody yell who they think the artist is.
Everybody takes three drinks except the person who called it out first.
~ Gesture or Remark ~ Simply make a funny gesture or remark.
Whoever cannot hold a straight face must drink.
Then, the person who drank must go next.
~ Ice Breaker ~ To play this game you will need a cigarette, a glass, a napkin, and a dime. Unfold the napkin and place it over the mouth of the glass so that it will stay in place (may need to secure with tape or rubber band). Then place the dime in the center of the napkin. The object is to see how much of the napkin you can burn away, taking turns, with the cigarette. The player to cause the dime to drop consumes a full glass of beer.

~ Football ~
Watch a game. Drink corresponding # of drinks when your team: Field measurement for first down: 1 Gives up a run of 10 yards: 1
Gives up a pass of 20 yards: 2 Fails two point conversion: 2 Gets a penalty: 3 Missed Field Goal: 3
Punts on fourth down: 4
Gives a turnover: 4
QB gets tackled: 5
Congratulatory ass slap: 5
Points scored against your team: # of total points
Everybody drink and yell "Social!" when:
Shows the cheerleaders
Shows a player's wife in the stands
A fan does something stupid
Referee microphone malfunction
Mention of Vince Lombardi
Announcer draws on the screen
Blimp shown in the sky
Photojournalist gets tackled
Same play replayed 3 or more times
Everyone takes a shot for overtime.
First person to call out the beer brand when a beer commercial comes on: hand out 5 drinks (if incorrect brand: chug your beer)
Dump a cooler of ice on the person who is most drunk.

~ Signage ~ Much like "Memory". Player one makes a body signal (ie. grab your ear, stick out your tongue, brush your shoulder, etc.) Player two copies the signal and creates one of her/his own. Player three copies the first two and makes a new one, so on and so forth. Whoever can't remember a signal or the proper sequence must take a drink every time someone has a turn until it gets back to them.
~ Spin the Bottle ~ Sit in a circle. Spin the bottle. Whoever it lands on that person must take a shot or chug a beer.
~ Virgin Mardi Gras ~ Everyone begin with the same style and number of bead necklaces (ie. three cheap short green ones each.) No one can say the word "Yes". If someone gets you to say the word "Yes", you must hand over one of your beads. By the end of the game, one person should have ALL of the beads. Everyone buy that person a drink. (Feel free to wear more beads, but just don't give away the type of beads you are using for the game.)
